Help Me Ultra reads your Strava data (activities, streams, heart-rate zones, profile) with your explicit OAuth consent, stores the analysis in our database (Supabase, US), and shows it only to you. Your subjective reports and race plans are visible only to you.

We never sell your data. Anonymous usage analytics (PostHog) and crash reports (Sentry) help improve the app. Daily summaries are generated by sending aggregate training metrics — never your identity — to OpenAI.

Disconnect anytime: Settings → Delete account erases everything we hold. You can also revoke access at strava.com/settings/apps. Questions: alex.tzinov@gmail.com
